FIA WEC - Disappointing start for Ferrari at Silverstone

The highlights of the first FIA WEC race of the season, the Six Hours of Silverstone. The race was red flagged before the end of time. In the LMGTE PRO class number 51 Ferrari was penalized as Bruni and Vilander had just stopped to put on extreme wet tyres losing their third place. For Ferrari the only satisfaction came from the LMGTE AM class where Michele Rugolo, Steve Wyatt and Sam Bird conquered a fine third place behind the Aston Martin pair.

Gli highlights della prima gara del FIA WEC, la Sei ore di Silverstone. La gara è stata sospesa prima del termine dalla bandiera rossa. Beffa nella classe LMGTE PRO per la Ferrari numero 51 di Bruni e Vilander, partita dalla pole, che si erano fermati per mettere gomme da bagnato estremo poco prima della sospensione perdendo la terza posizione. Per la Ferrari l'unica gioia è arrivata dalla classe LMGTE AM in cui Michele Rugolo, Steve Wyatt e Sam Bird hanno conquistato il terzo posto alle spalle delle due Aston Martin.
